Whey consumption recommendation

Mix 40 g of powder (4 measuring spoons, enclosed) with 300 ml of cold water/milk in a shaker every day. We recommend consuming 1-3 portions of 40g each per day.
Time of intake: Before / after training or as a snack .
Our tip:
If you want a whey-casein mixture, mix with 300 ml of low-fat milk and drink.
