Shipping costs & returns

We will process your order as quickly as possible and ship it with DHL.

Germany

Within Germany we charge a flat rate of 4.90€ per order.
For orders over 75€ there are no shipping costs.

Austria

Within Austria we charge a flat rate of €8.90 per order.
For orders over 150€ there are no shipping costs.

Switzerland

Within Switzerland we charge a flat rate of €14.90 per order.
For orders over 250€ there are no shipping costs.

We will provide you with the best possible support in processing your return.

Please note, however, that we do not cover the cost of your return. Please also remember to always pack the products securely so that they cannot be damaged during shipping. Tip : Use the original packaging if possible.
